What if buildings could anticipate people’s needs and adapt workspaces in real time; optimizing human performance and personalizing the human experience?
At WORKTECH16 Mike Milley, Director of Creative Consulting at our Los Angeles studio, will be part of a session that will conceive a new agile workplace inspired by multi-disciplinary research on autonomous vehicles and spacecraft living quarters.
Done in conjunction with partners at NASA and Gensler Architects, the presentation will explore how we rethink the workplace based on the user experience of autonomous vehicles which have no drivers (just riders) and spacecraft being developed as self-sufficient living environments operated with autonomous technology.
Together with his cross-disciplinary team that’s responsible for bringing the future to life at the intersection of Research, Strategy, and Innovation, Mike Milley oversees programs for the BMW Group, as well as clients in sectors such as Consumer Electronics, hospitality, aviation, transit or CPG.
