Together we discuss the speed and energy of the Shanghai studio culture, how China is influencing luxury culture across the world and the importance of cross-cultural creative immersions.
“We go to Designworks If we need something strongly visionary — something the LA studio calls ‘moonshot thinking.’ Right now, we are working on a lot of visionary materials projects, which involve working with start-ups that have never worked with the automotive industry before, and are really challenging our perceptions of materials. For this, we go to Designworks for really tight, close and intense outside-in views.”
